VJ style mix videos

Description

I created two 20-minute VJ mixes that were used for separate functions. The first was for AVT's technology-themed holiday party. The videos were projected as a backdrop on two walls, looping behind the band while they were performing.

The second purpose for the videos was for the AVT Technology Showcase at the Beverly Hilton, Beverly Hills, CA. AVT is the technology provider for this hotel. The videos were projected in a "chill-out" room at the showcase.

I created the video color scheme to complement the decorated ballroom, lusciously appointed in red drape. I used After Effects and Modul8 to create these. The theme was media and computer technology and innovation, and I used images of technology from the past to the present to highlight AVT's position as an innovative event technology company and to suggest a spirit of technological evolution.
